Staying on the 11th floor provided me with fantastic sea and city views, making the evenings in Funchal town truly magical. The rooms were clean and spacious, overlooking the new building next door. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was nice, with lots of nearby restaurants, although some areas appeared tired. The dining experience had good choices, but the quality was inconsistent. Overall, a comfortable stay with beautiful views, though there were minor issues to consider.

I could see the sea from my room, and the sun lasted until sunset which was amazing. However, the decor looked old and tired. The hotel is okay, but it could be more modern and comfy.
